1. Acceptance of Terms

bmwbet may request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the period specified will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until the verification is completed. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the Services you must register a personal bmwbet account. When registering you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. bmwbet employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, bmwbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and permanently ban the player from the platform without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. bmwbet will never ask you to share your password by email, phone, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. 4. Identity Verification (KYC)

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion under which they are granted, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game restrictions.

General bonus rules that apply to all bmwbet promotions unless otherwise stated:

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

bmwbet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction. Where a bet is voided by bmwbet, the stake will be returned to your account balance. bmwbet will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a voided bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug will be voided.

8. Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All cricket match odds are based on official match schedules as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). bmwbet reserves the right to suspend markets, amend odds, or void bets where match conditions change materially (including weather abandonment, venue changes, or format alterations).
• In-play (live) betting markets reflect real-time match data. bmwbet uses third-party data feeds and accepts no liability for delays in feed updates. Bets accepted in good faith based on available data at the time of placement will stand unless there is clear evidence of a data error.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance will be immediately forfeited. Genuine cash balances (funds deposited and not subject to ongoing bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC review, unless the closure is related to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
